King Diamond took awhile to grow on me, but when it did, WOW! Some of his earlier stuff was really satanic, but this disk only deals with the evils of man.

This CD tells a haunting story, and is filled with killer guitar and the high ranged vocals that make the king a definate stand out. King Diamond was, previous to this CD, the singer for a group named Merciful Fate. The CD, Don't Break The Oath, is also very good (and very evil). It's very easy to get hooked on the sound. I have seen King Diamond 2 times live in concert. Both times were excellent performances. Give the disk Abigail a try, and remember, they were way ahead of their time even in 1987.
